CSN's Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

A. Safety during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding has not been proven. Although all our products are composed of natural ingredients, you should always consult your doctor before using it if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or suffering from a medical condition.

Q. Can children use the products?

A. Seeing that all our products are composed of natural ingredients, it is safe for children – bar no food allergies are present. It is always advisable to consult with your doctor when you feel unsure.

Q. Must you use all the products?

A. It is advised that you use the products as prescribed per programme, for optimum results. Even though any healthy, kilojoule restricted diet will help you lose weight and gain health, our products ensure you get all the nutritional support to amplify the results. Do you want to go fast or slow – your choice!

Q. What happens if I am not satisfied with the product?

A. We have a detailed returns policy, which you can find here.

Q. Can I buy your products in a shop?

A. Currently, no. We have agents in most of the large cities and where necessary, we have the items couriered to you which is very convenient.

Q. I do not eat some of the food on your eating plan, now what?

Allergies often lead to being overweight as you are restricted to certain foods and perhaps that's what got you here in the first place.  This diet is very good for Vegan or Vegetarians (substitute meat products for chick peas or similar high protein products). Fruit, vegetables, and unprocessed, food is exceptionally good for you and your family and there are multitudes of recipes to choose from. [For food allergies, please consult your CSN support coach/agent]

Q. Must the food I eat be organic?

No. Obviously natural is best, but we want our programme to be affordable, and the organic options are often more expensive. Non-organic foods will not influence the results you get from the programme.

Q. How much will my average food bill be influenced by the introduction of the food groups within the program.

It really depends on where you buy, and in what currency, but your general food bill should decrease, since processed food (and over eating!) are often pricey. Consult with a CSN support coach in your region for more accurate food price guidance.

Q. I do not eat some of the food on your eating plan, now what?

A. It may have been your food fussiness that got you into trouble in the first place! Fruit, vegetables, and unprocessed, lean meat is good for you. Eat it. Unless you suffer from a food allergy, there is really no excuse. Pick a fruit/vegetable from the “allowed list”, and see how you regain your natural inclination towards good, healthy eating!
